To receive support, it is a requirement that clients maintain an annual support contract or subscription. Pricing for standard support is set at the time of purchase of software licensing by the software vendor. Standard support includes:

  • Email, phone & web portal support
  • Download access to product updates
  • Answering of queries related to software installation, configuration or usage
  • Initial error information gathering
  • Error isolation and identification

Additional Support Plans

Often, additional support or services are required in order to keep systems and processes running optimally. We offer numerous support plans for a flat monthly or annual fee. These plans allow for any services to be performed as part of support including, but not limited to:

  • Implementation of software upgrades
  • Investigation of specific batches/cases/jobs
